David Webster: President
David is the founder and majority stockholder of Polylogical Solutions. David is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the company, including finance, logistics and human resources.
About David J. Webster
David has more than 32 years in the Software Development and IT Professional Services Industry.
1978-1987 - was a key member of the Systems Specialists Inc. custom software developer team and was instrumental in growing SSI from a small, made-to-order software house founded in Detroit into an national organization with offices in Charlotte, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Dayton, New Jersey and Orange County (CA). During David's tenure, he was involved with standardizing the SSI product offerings into three distinct Manufacturing Software ERP Systems: Discreet, Process and Repetitive Manufacturing. During this period, he also developed software for companies such as Firestone Foam Products, Airtouch Paging, H.E. Microwave, Sealy and other Fortune 1000 organizations. The Detroit branch was considered the company's flagship as well as the leader in sales for the entire SSI organization where the Repetitive Manufacture package, which was designed for automotive suppliers, benefited from robust sales throughout the 1980s and early 1990s.
1987-1993 – MAI Systems - Director of R&D Repetitive Manufacturing and Branch Manager
1994-To Date - Open Alternatives, Inc. - Founded Open Alternatives in 1994 to service customers of the Repetitive Manufacturing product he developed previously. Grew Open Alternatives, Inc. to over $2 million in sales and shepherded the OA customer base through the Y2K era. Negotiated rights to the product from MAI in 1997 and continues to support users of this product to this day.

Kenny Brent: Vice President, Business Development
As a partner Kenny's focus is cultivating the Polylogical Solutions customer base as well as securing partnership relationships that enhance the core business offerings in both the secured back up and managed service pillars of the business. Kenny oversees sales activities and acts as an external consultant with prospects and customers to understand their technology environment in order to propose cost effective enhancements and improvements to their current IT infrastructure. His 28 years in the computer industry provides the necessary depth needed to understand our customer's legacy systems as well as their future technology needs. Kenny can assist you in achieving your IT goals within your current IT budget.
Jodie Korte: Client Services Manager
Jodie acts as the liaison for all support services between the customer and the Polylogical Solutions technical support team. She is instrumental in coordinating project activities and helping to facilitate timely completion of all project deadlines and milestones. Jodie's role as the customer advocate ensures that each customer's support requirements are being met by the support team at Polylogical. She also manages the customer support contacts and the internal ticket resolution system overseeing that all customer system issues are responded to promptly. Jodie conducts regular status meetings with our customers to review project and support activity, ensuring that we are meeting support expectations. Jodie has a 25 year history in the computer industry, most of which has focused in the customer service area.

Ryan Hall - Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Ryan defines Polylogical Solutions technological strategy and drives innovation across both our organization and that of our customer. Ryan is responsible for research and development of new solutions and offerings as well as architecting customer solutions, defining implementation project plans and acting as the Engagement Manager for all implementations. Ryan manages the data center and the day-to-day operations for Polylogical Solutions Cloud Backup Solution. Along with the Client Services Manager Jodie Korte, Ryan manages the technical service delivery team. Ryan's specialties include backup and disaster recovery, virtualization, storage and enterprise Microsoft and Linux solutions.
Prior to joining Polylogical Solutions, Ryan was an IT Specialist at Android Industries supporting GM Flint Truck Assembly, an Audio-Video Integrator for VSC, Inc. focusing on the Educational Vertical Market, and a Technician for Cabling Concepts specializing in Structured Wiring, Security and Communication Systems.
